Some parts are listed as an exchange. An exchange generally involves returning the corresponding used assembly, also called a core. Check the product description and contact PPE to confirm the requirements for your specific order.

Before You Order

Email cshelp@printerparts-exchange.com with the part number to confirm whether a core return is required, which assembly is acceptable, the return deadline, any core charge or credit, and who pays return shipping.

Returning Your Core

Contact us for the correct return destination and packing instructions. Keep the packaging from your replacement part when practical, protect the used assembly for transit, and retain your tracking information.
