Free Standard Shipping Over $400

U.S. orders over $400 qualify for free standard shipping, starting at $400.01. Expedited shipping is a separate paid option.

Availability & Delivery

Carrier service describes transit after shipment. If you need a part by a specific date, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and the shipping option for your destination.

Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email. For help locating a shipment, visit Track Order or email cshelp@printerparts-exchange.com with your order number.

Shipping Questions

For destinations or shipping arrangements not offered at checkout, contact us before placing your order. If a package arrives damaged, keep the carton, packing materials, and part, and send us photos with your order number so we can help.
